  an effective, tried and tested remedy to aid in  #digestion  and avoid  #acidity , flatulence and other gastric issues. ЁЭЧЬЁЭЧбЁЭЧЪЁЭЧеЁЭЧШЁЭЧЧЁЭЧЬЁЭЧШЁЭЧбЁЭЧзЁЭЧж: Aloe Vera - 1 medium size leaf Ajwain (carom seeds) - 4 tbsp Lemon - 1, sliced into 4 wedges Black salt - 1 tbsp ЁЭЧаЁЭЧШЁЭЧзЁЭЧЫЁЭЧвЁЭЧЧ: 1. Wash ajwain and sun-dry for 2-3 days 2. Remove one aloe vera leaf, cut close to stem, trim the prickly edges with knife, wash and dry 3. Cut leaf into small pieces 4. Cut a lemon into 4 wedges and remove its seeds (no need to squeeze) 5. Add all ingredients into a utensil and sun-dry for 1-2 weeks 6.
